It's Holiday time, but we are back with full strength now. The current status of NagiosQL3 looks very promising, nearly all features we wanted to implement in QL3 are already finished. To give you a short summary what is currently going on, here are the latest development news:

  • Martin is still in development of the last minor Nagios features like service/host dependencies, but the main development is already done.
  • Philipp is still not satisfied with the look and feel of the main menu, but he is doing progress. Besides that, Philipp is also testing the SLES 10 2.0.2 package.
  • We have an new translater for Spanish (Argentina). Hugo is currently trying to translate all terms
  • The polish translation by Andreas could need some helping hands from poland, if that would be possible. I think Andreas is not up-to-date with polish IT Language
  • I am currently doing some make-up with the installer (overlibs) and some organizational stuff
It looks very promising that we can start a closed beta within the first weeks of August. This Beta will be opened to all Translator, Supporter, Package Maintainer, Developer and of course our donators. We haven't decided if we start an open beta, the first results of the closed beta will help us with the decision. So if you want to help us, let us know. It is always worth helping ;-)
